About Me

Hi, I’m Bill, 

A coffee-loving, guitar-playing, detail-driven professional with over 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and a background that’s anything but typical.

I currently work as an Operations Lead for a financial wellness company that helps users make smarter money decisions through tech. My journey began far from spreadsheets and task boards. I started out in Kuwait as a Chef de Partie, eventually becoming a Head Barista and café manager, where I discovered my passion for systems, service, and of course, coffee.

After returning to the Philippines, I worked as Technical Support for Amazon, then transitioned into a File Case Manager role. When the pandemic hit, I pivoted into the virtual assistant world to stay productive, protect my family, and carve out a career I could build from home.

Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the dynamic nature of remote work. There’s always something new to learn. From customer support and content creation to operations, admin, and tech tools, I’ve gained hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Canva, Midjourney, Amazon Seller Central, Phantombuster, and Slack, among many others.

In addition to my VA work, I’m also a licensed financial advisor and insurance agent, which has strengthened my attention to detail, professionalism, and client communication skills. It’s another way I bring trust and value into the work I do.

Clients say I’m reliable under pressure, fast on the keys (92 WPM!), and genuinely committed to getting things done right. I care deeply about growth, both for myself and the businesses I support, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.

Outside of work, you’ll find me playing lead guitar at church, enjoying long drives, hitting the gym, or lining up the perfect billiards shot.

I’m currently open to part-time or project-based VA roles where I can bring value, stay challenged, and continue to grow. I believe in doing the most important things first, with focus, and showing up every day with a mindset to learn and improve.
